Leadership and Expertise

RCET is led by Mr. R. Anish Simha, an engineering graduate with over 30 years of experience in the refrigeration industry. His extensive experience and leadership guide our mission to educate and empower the next generation of industry professionals.

Mission Statement

To provide structured and participative training and learning facilities to cold chain and clean modular construction professionals, enabling them to skill, reskill, and upskill in refrigeration, insulation, cold chain infrastructure, automated material storage and movement solutions, and clean modular construction techniques. This will be backed by innovative training and learning processes and tools with a digital mindset, keeping abreast with evolving industry standards.

  • National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) Registration:
    We have registered with the Indian Government under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) with registration number E05202900178. This initiative allows us to impart training to ITI-certified candidates, enhancing their skills in both theoretical and practical aspects of cold chain requirements.
  • Internship Programs for Diploma Engineering Students: 
    We conduct specialized internship programs tailored for diploma engineering students, focusing on various facets of the cold chain industry.
  • Comprehensive Refrigeration Training:
    Our training encompasses refrigeration systems utilizing both synthetic and natural refrigerants, providing a broad perspective on current industry practices.
  • On-the-Job Skill Development:
    Participants benefit from hands-on training at our state-of-the-art laboratory, manufacturing unit, and through collaboration with our service and commissioning teams.
  • Electrical and Control Systems Training:
    We offer specialized training in electrical and control wiring for refrigeration systems, including opportunities to work with advanced PLC and SCADA systems.
