Our manufacturing facilities have more than just state-of-the-art technology; we have the best and most passionate engineering and quality talent working team to produce superior quality products. It is our dedicated understanding of our customer requirements that has kept us going string for the past 25 years and more. We have successfully translated the needs of the customers into desirable products which have time and again been appreciated and applauded by our customers. Design, production, assembly we have it all covered for you; fuelled by excellence at every step of the process. Maintaining the highest quality in standards is of prime importance to us. Our Centralised R&D and design, manufacturing facilities at Bangalore & Murbad, Mumbai are consistently and continuously keep the achievement of perfection, as an on-going and high priority target.

The physical extent of our Bangalore facility covers more than 5 acres of land.Within this is about 90,000 sq.ft, shop floor area and over 20000 sq.ft area for storage.The vastness of this facility allows it the privilege to be able to manufacture over 10,00,00 sq,m of insulated sandwich panels, 4000 sets of various doors, 3000+ sets of refrigeration systems (which includes Large Industrial Refrigeration [ NH3 ] systems) , 300+ Chillkarts, 40 sets of IQF and 300+ sets of preserva. Apart from these we also house other miscellaneous/customised products like HPCC building materials, modular ICUs, Containerised Cold room, Blast chiller/Freezers, Ice machines with storage etc. We are able to produce such world class products by virtue of a semi-automatic sandwich panel production line, CNC controlled Fabrication facilities, LASER cutting machine, cooling coil punching machines, bullet expansion machines, vacuum bonding jigs, and multi directional pipe bending machine.Our fully equipped quality control lab is our added vehicle of success over our contemporaries.

This facility is spread across approximately 10 acres with 76000 sq. ft plant area and 40000 sq. ft storage spaces. The Murbad plant helps the company meet the growth aspirations of the Indian market,it is home to a wide range of products – from the normal RPUF panel to highly rated FM approved Fire Armet panels. This along with the CNC-controlled fabrication machines for fabrication of Flashings and accessories required for the panel installations, add to the reputation of this facility.

At Murbad we are capable of manufacturing a wide range of sandwich panels with all types of laminations used for different applications. Cool Top [roof panel] Insta Build [building panels], Insta Ceil [ceiling panels], Fire Armet [FM approved panels], Cold room panels, etc. catering to different needs are some of the mention-worthy products at this company site. The production of our company at this Mumbai location is found to be commendable over 20 Lacs sq.m per annum.
