Facility Details: The Facility is a temperature-controlled warehouse of approx. 1240 sqm and 6 m in height, for storage of cosmetic products. It has a storage capacity of approx. 305 MT, maintained at +22+2 Deg C temperature. The walls and ceiling are constructed with insulation PUF panels with sliding doors on the ground floor level and swing-type doors on level 1. Freon-based air-cooled refrigeration units are used to maintain the desired temperature.

Refrigeration system: Freon-based 8 kW x 8 units, air-cooled

Specialties:

• Application: High ambient temperature application
• Execution: Moving around the scaffolding & scissor lift was the biggest challenge while installing ceiling panels from a height of around 12 m
• Completion time: Project team planned the activities very minutely and with the collaboration of other agencies, they were able to deliver the projects 2 weeks ahead of the agreed timeline
