Branch Manager
Branch Manager, will ensure effective business, Coordinate with customers and internal team for customer satisfaction.
“Branch Manager” is responsible for overseeing the operations of a designated branch, managing a team, attainment of business objectives and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, customers and other stakeholders and ensuring exceptional customer service. Enabling Zonal / Product heads with market & competition information, inputs on new product requirements and industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical / Electrical.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales & business development role in cold chain industry.
- Good knowledge of cold chain solutions viz cold rooms/ freezers / blast chillers & freezer / cold warehouses etc.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the branch’s market.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement promotional activities.
- Establish connects and nurture business relationships with business influencers.
Customer Service:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Promote a customer-centric culture within the branch.
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures.
- Monitor branch activities to achieve financial objectives and targets.
