Rinac’s CoolTop is a pre-fabricated, weather-proof insulated roofing solution for commercial, educational, and domestic buildings. Made of polyurethane foam (PUF) sandwiched between layers of water-proof and non-corrosive material, these roofing panels with thick insulation reduce the impact of extreme weather conditions including heat during the summers or incessant rainfalls during the monsoon.

  • A continuous production line is meant for manufacturing sandwich panels with various cores like RPUF, PIR, FM PIR, Rockwool Panels sandwiched between two outer layers. Sandwich panels consist of sheet metal on either side or insulating core. The process involves feeding raw materials through a continuous sequence of steps, including bonding, heating, and curing. This method ensures high efficiency, consistent quality, and large-scale production of uniform panels, commonly used in construction, cold storage etc. for insulating walls, roofs, and ceilings.

Technical Specifications

Panel Core Material – Made of RPUF (Rigid Polyurethane Foam) or PIR (Polyisocyanurate Foam) or FM approved for superior thermal insulation and structural strength.
